The Victorian Owners Gold Card is provided complimentary to all Victorian Thoroughbred Racehorse Owners who are registered in Victoria or nominated a horse to race at a Victorian race meeting, and current registered interstate owners who nominated a horse to race at a Victorian race meeting since 1 January the year prior to the next racing season. Complimentary membership of TROA is provided to all Victorian Owners Gold Card holders.
